Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver material to all across India using shipping companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, DTDC, Franch Express, etc., Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout page, based order value.

We charge shipping rate between Rs.49/- and Rs. 299/- based on region & orders value of below Rs.4999/-. Delivery is FREE on all orders above Rs.5000/-. 

Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavor to supply ordered goods within 2-4 working days for Southern Region and 3-7 working days for North Region however some of the hills station or remote area may take additional days based on actual location. For customized products, projects & services 1-8 weeks based on nature of work request so please check it under product section. In case, any product runs out of stock or istationss unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving a revised delivery schedule or other options.

Please note that the delivery transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, as we use 3rd party courier companies. Tracking of orders will be possible to see the status on our website or the shipping company website or only the shipping company website if it is a special term mode of delivery.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for any order?

Currently COD is not available, we will keep update once it is ready. For time being you may proceed with online payment mode.

You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at info@sha360.com

Note: SHA360.COM reserves the right to cancel and refund (if applicable) any order at its sole discretion, if the product/technology is getting obsolete or its availability becomes scarce. For e.g. - CFLs/PLC lamps now have limited availability and they fall in this category of items where it may be available for a week and then becomes scarce for next 2 weeks and then not available all together.
