Cancellation and Refund Policy

All Goods sold by www.sha360.com are from reputed Manufacturers and OEMs. All Warranty/Guarantee is directly provided by respective Manufacturers or OEMs. Only particular goods may be claimed from SHA360 if it is specified.

Cancellation of Order

Any order cancellation at sha360.com is allowed within 4 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, you are requested to call on +91-9790727874 or email to info@sha360.com with purchase order number. Each order cancellation will incur 5% handling amount or Rs.400/- whichever is higher. If the product has been dispatched to given address, total deducted amount will include the shipping charges as well.

Returning an Excess Ordered/Wrong Ordered Item

To return the items which is not physically damaged/no parts or accessories are missing/not different from the product that was ordered, you have to make a call or mail to us for return approval. With the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product. All shipping charges for returning the product and re-sending new item in lieu have to be paid by you in advance.

In case of refund to Bank account, return handling fees of 10% to 40% of product value will be charged depending upon the product and return case.

Returning Defective Item

In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual and accessories received with the product. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use. Exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability.

All returns have to be informed within 24 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we will not be liable for return/exchange.
