Our story began as a small partnership among professionals with over a decade of experience in the Middle East’s engineering sectors—including oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and defense. After more than 12 years in the industry, we saw great potential in the trade of electrical, wireless, and automation equipment. Inspired to create opportunities for budding entrepreneurs, we took a bold step in 2017 and launched our business in India.
Starting Off: Challenges and Growth
Our story began as a small partnership among professionals with over a decade of experience in the Middle East’s engineering sectors—including oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and defense. After more than 12 years in the industry, we saw great potential in the trade of electrical, wireless, and automation equipment. Inspired to create opportunities for budding entrepreneurs, we took a bold step in 2017 and launched our business in India.
Starting Off: Challenges and Growth
In 2017, we started as a trader (SAET), offering offline trading services for the manufacturing and construction sectors. While we adapted quickly to market changes, we faced challenges, particularly from indirect buyers and non-investment clients who prioritized deep discounts over product quality. Despite these hurdles, we remained steadfast in our vision and values.
The Rise of Sha360.com
Between 2021 and 2022, we launched our eCommerce platform: SHA360 (Smart Home Automation 360, C/O Sri Aruna Enterprises). The response was overwhelmingly positive, with orders coming in from across India. Determined to deliver only authentic products, we firmly oppose market fraud and pricing gimmicks. Our pricing strategy is straightforward: we offer realistic, consistent discounts without compromising quality. For example, we won’t inflate a product price to show a fake discount—our aim is to build trust through honesty and reliability.
